My love of animals have lead me on this path of Pet Sitting. My general background is in Medical Field, but since we have relocated to Florida, I have worked with Wags and Wiggles and have opened this new chapter in my life. I find this job both rewarding and stress free.

I have taken care of many friends and Family pets all of my life and am familiar with most all breeds. I currently have three dogs of my own, a docile Maltese named Snuggles, a Mini Eskimo Pup named Dali and a feisty Westy named Shamus. I look forward to meeting and taking care of your pets for you when you must be away

Andi Michael resides in New Tampa currently with her many animals. She loves all things pets and has been working with Wags and Wiggles for a little over 2 years. She is also a science and art teacher at a small private school in Zephryhills. She has had plenty of experience with all sorts of dogs and cats and looks forward to meeting new animal friends!

Throughout my life I have enjoyed the company of pets, especially dogs, cats and birds. In 2005 while living on a military base and caring for my granchildren I began caring for the pets of deployed serviceman and women. This was the start of my career as a pet sitter. Since then I have taken care of many including those who needed extra care due to various health issues.

Callie

Callie Welch — the Massachusetts native moved to Tampa, FL to attend the University of Tampa and now resides here permanently working for the MLB Players Alumni Association. She was raised in a home where their family dogs sat at the kitchen table, had their own birthday parties, and were known as siblings in fur coats. She is very active and loves nothing more than going on a run with a furry friend.

My name is Cecelia Glennon. I was born and raised in Tampa, FL. Growing up, I always had pets because I love animals. I had rodents, reptiles, dogs and cats. My favorite animals would have to be dogs. I love all breeds. I am currently studying Psychology at the University of South Florida.

Hi, I have always had a variety of pets in my home, from Dogs (Pictured here with Rockster), cats, bunnies, birds, hampster’s……You name it I have brought them home (parents loved me for that) and cared and loved them all dearly. I am currently owned by my kitty, "Mamma"… I rescued her after someone let her go and she has become my constant companion and never leaves my side when I am home. I have been petsitting for family and friends for many years and started pet sitting for clients several years ago. I will be here to take care of your furry kids as if they were my own, promise to not take them home :)

A house is not a home without a pet.  I would love to provide the best care for your best friend.  There hasn’t been a time in my life when pets weren’t a part of it.  From childhood to adulthood I have experienced the physical, mental, emotional and social benefits that come from loving and caring for a pet.   Some of the critters have been:  dogs, cats, birds, snakes, a tarantula, rabbit, gerbil, horses, chickens, salt water fish and monkeys.  One time, I was able to rescue 28 cats from a home and provide care for them until I was able to have them adopted.  I didn’t stop until each and every one of them had a loving home.  It was a very satisfying rewarding experience.  I’ve enjoyed training dogs, which include breeds like; Great Danes and an Old English Sheep Dog.  In addition to basic training, the Sheep Dog was trained as a jogger and one of the very large Black Great Danes would sit and wait while watching his meals being provided and would not eat until given the command to do so.  It’s also been fun to train cats to come, sit and scratch on command; on their scratching post of course.  Some may say that pets can’t be a person’s whole life but I say they certainly can make life whole.  My background also includes being in Management and I’m currently a Certified Child Care Development Specialist.  Both these fields include having to be patient, kind, consistent and detailed; which comes in handy while caring for pets.  Let me be the sitter for your critters, your cool cats and hot dogs!

Hi, As a child, I was a tomboy competing against my 2 brothers. They tested my courage with snakes, frogs, bugs and worms. I disappointed them when I was not afraid of anything they threw at me. I have had a snake, a lizard, a Bunny, dogs and cats. I have a Siamese Fighting Fish named Emerson and three Cats that currently own me. Dax is a Black and White maine Coon mix. Spike is grey and white Tabby. Samantha is Black with gorgeous gold eyes and rules as Queen over my 2 males. Samantha is my Steeler Cat because her coloring is the sam as Steeler Uniform colors. I am originally from Pittsburg, PA and once a Steeler fan, always a Steeler fan but I have lived in Florida for the past 31 years. I believe that animals are a good judge of character and animals usually take to me right away. I look forward to meeting you and your Pets. Rest assured I will care for them as my own.

My name is Kasey and I love animals! I have had dogs, cats, hamsters, bunnies, and guinea pigs all my life! Growing up I volunteered at many animal shelters. I also did a lot of pet sitting while I was growing up in the neighborhood, and have more recently started working in a boarding facility for cats and dogs. I am currently finishing up my Associates Degree at Hillsborough Community College and then will be pursuing a Veterinary Technology Program. I have my own fur baby named Cooper who is my entire world, and I would absolutely love to meet you and your fur babies! I look forward to taking care of them!

My name is Kinsey and I’ve been a pet sitter here for Wags and Wiggles for a little over a year. I have lived in Tampa all my life but I went to College in Seattle, Washington and studied Physics as well as English. I’ve been on two cross-country road trips now and my favorite things are reading, painting, spending time with my dog, Jade, and running my own business in Publishing. I love traveling, animals, people, great stories, and just about everything else if it involves laughter and good times. I have high aspirations and multiple dreams and have every intention on accomplishing all of them! As a child I had a dream of being a Veterinarian and caring for the animals I have so much love for. Instead, I found I was better at taking care of animals in their homes, not in a hospital, and giving their owners a peace of mind while they are away.

Lisa Travis has more than 6 years experience as a pet sitter with our company. She’s a Registered Nurse, is married with three children, and lives in northwest Hillsborough County. She has three dogs of her own and two cats. Lisa works very hard to ensure that all the pets in her care are happy during their owner’s absence.

Hello, my name is Michele. I am a native of Pittsburgh, PA and moved to Tampa 20+ years ago. I have always had a passion to be around and work with animals, and left the "office world" so I could care for animals full time. I am excited to meet and take care of your fur babies, and will love them as if they were my own!

Nancy

Nancy Evans is a University of Florida graduate, who has worked for many years as a business process manager and continues to do some part-time consulting in that area. In 2014, she shifted her work emphasis to her first love and has been taking care of pets for Wags and Wiggles since November of that year. An 8th generation Floridian, Nancy has lived in the Tampa Bay area since 1978. She enjoys developing new methods for interacting with animals, the latest of which, for cats, involves the irascible "Mr. String" with a very questionable French accent. She feels a true affinity for all animals and has experience with not only dogs and cats, but also fish, birds, frogs, tortoises and even bearded dragons. You may be assured that if Nancy is looking after your pets, they will receive the best of care and lots of love.

Hi! My name is Sam. I have been a Petcare Provider for the past 2 years. It has always been my passion to care for and rescue all kinds of fur friends. I was a manager at Petsmart for 6 years to help pay for my disabled horse at the time. I rescued both of my fur kids, Izu and Clyde. Clyde now 11 was a hurricane Katrina rescue and Izu is a pup who was abused. Now safe in my hands for ever. I look foward to caring for your fur kids just as mine. :)

A lifelong animal lover and pet owner, I’ve had the pleasure of loving a variety of pets over the years. These include cats, dogs, a pair of Cockatiels, a rabbit, a parakeet, and tropical fish. I’ve had many of these pets as an adult, so I have experience with caring for all types of animals. I am currently a proud pet mommy to Oliver a sweet Maltese & Lira a darling Jack Russell Terrier, both rescues. Hi! I’m Sierra. I am originally from around Buffalo, NY but the sun and school pulled me down here. I have always felt a love for animals and have decided to pursue that connection into college, as I am currently studying marine biology at the University of South Florida. That handsome pup is Calab, a former Guiding Eyes for the Blind trainee, who found a different purpose in life and came back to us as a pet. He is my pride and joy, but unfortunately resides with my parents back up north. I look forward to loving and caring for your pets as much as I do with mine!

My name is Victoria, I grew up with all kinds of animals as a child. My first dog was a St Bernard/Chow mix and she was best my friend until she passed, now I have a Dutch Shepard/Catahoula mix that reminds me of her so it's like she's never really gone. My love for animals is extraordinary, I believe that every animal no matter the species or size should have a great home and be loved and cherished. From rodents and small animals to man's best friend, I plan to open my own shelter one day so every animal has the chance in life that they deserve.
