We will respond within 24 hours to schedule an In-Home consultation to meet you and your pets prior to providing service.
Please have the following available for the initial consultation so that we may better serve you:
- Keys - We require 2 sets of keys at the initial consultation. One for the pet sitter and one for emergency back-up, in our office. Keys are usually kept for future services to be provided. All of our keys are coded so that they are not identifiable with addresses. If unable to provide, we will be glad to have them made for you at an additional charge. We will not leave keys under mats, mailboxes, or secret hiding places.
- Number of visits you would like us to make each day
- Pet information, breed, date of birth or ages, personality
- Pet health information or medical conditions
- Shot records
- Medication instructions if needed
- Veterinarian name, address, phone numbers
- Emergency contact name, address, phone number of a neighbor, nearby friend or housekeeper with a key to your home
- Location of pet supplies, food, towels, treats, plastic bags, leashes,collars, and toys.
- Pet routines and feeding schedules
- Trash/Recyclables days
- Litter box location and disposal method.
- Destination phone numbers.
