New Clients
We request 7 days advance booking for all new clients
If you are interested in boarding and you get a response that we do not service your area, please call as we may still be able to provide services. Please make sure to enter the following information on our registration. Remember to "Save" your work!
- How did you hear about us?
- Pet information. Click "View My Pets" once for each pet. Use "General Notes" to tell us about them. Boarding clients only fill out the information under "Boarding
- Payment Option: Place your credit card in your profile along with your correct billing address or wait till you have met your sitter if you feel more comfortable.
- Pet sitting clients – advise location and amount of food and supplies we may need, i.e.: leashes, collars, crates, toys, litter box, cleaning supplies.
- Vet information, including health issues, medication instructions and surgeries.
What to have ready for your sitter
- Pet sitting clients we require 2 sets of keys and any gate passes or garage door openers needed to access your home.
- Personal check unless you have already provided us with a credit card at registration. All payments are due prior to services being rendered.
