Once we are able to confirm availability you will receive an email confirmation followed by your invoice. It is important that you review this invoice for accuracy as these are the dates we will be visiting your pet. If you find any errors on the invoice please notify the office immediately so we can reflect the corrections. If we do not hear from you we will assume the visits are correct as is. If your schedule changes, please let us know as soon as possible so we can provide service to other customers.
